Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut, and Potatoes: A Hearty Comfort Food Classic

Instructions:

  1. Place the sauerkraut and potatoes in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the water, caraway seeds, bay leaf, and pepper.
  3. Place the Polish sausage chunks on top of the sauerkraut and potatoes.
  4. Cook on High for 4 hours or on Low for 6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
