Cook the pineapple
In a pot, add the diced pineapple, water, and sugar.
Cook over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This helps reduce the pineapple’s acidity.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
Prepare the gelatin
While the pineapple is still hot, add the 3 packets of pineapple gelatin.
Stir well until completely dissolved.
Add the creamy ingredients
Add the condensed milk and the cream.
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Chill
Pour the mixture into a glass dish or dessert container.
Refrigerate for about 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
Tip
For a prettier and tastier dessert, decorate with small pieces of pineapple.
