Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake – Ultra Moist, Rich & Tropical Dessert

Ingredients

For the Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
6 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained slightly)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons pineapple juice or milk
