Patty Melts With Secret Sauce – Toasty, Melty & Pure Comfort!

 Ingredients

For the Patty Melts
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
8 slices rye or sourdough bread
8 slices Swiss or American cheese
2–3 tbsp butter (for grilling)
Secret Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp relish
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
