Oven-Roasted Potatoes with Garlic and Butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg small waxy potatoes

  • 100 g butter (melted)

  • 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet or hot, according to preference)

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
