Oat, Carrot & Apple Cake (No flour, no white sugar, no butter!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (about 130 g)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (about 250 ml)

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons honey or syrup (about 50 g)

  • 2 carrots (about 300 g)

  • 2 apples (about 320 g)
