For the potatoes:

  • 8 potatoes

  • Potato seasoning

  • Dried dill

  • Salt to taste

  • ⅓ tsp ground black pepper

  • Vegetable oil (for drizzling)

For the onion topping:

  • 2 onions

  • 6% vinegar (to marinate onions)

  • Ground black pepper

Final topping:

  • Grated cheese (amount to your liking)
