No-Bake Vanilla Cheesecake Slice

Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the base:
1. Line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper.
2. Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter until well combined.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of the tin.
4. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the filling:
5. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add the icing sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and beat until creamy.
7. Pour in the thickened cream and beat until thick and fluffy.
8. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled base and smooth the top.

3️⃣ Chill:
9. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, until fully set.
10. Lift out and cut into squares.

To serve:

Top with whipped cream and berries or enjoy plain for a smooth, creamy, and classic vanilla cheesecake slice
