Preparation:

Crush the Oreo cookies (you can keep or remove the filling, depending on your taste).
Mix them with the melted butter until you get a moist, sandy texture.
Place the mixture into a mold, press it down firmly to form the base, and refrigerate.
2️⃣ Filling:
Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, table cream, and vanilla until smooth and lump-free.
3️⃣ Gelatin:
Hydrate the gelatin with the water for 5 minutes. Then heat it for a few seconds until it dissolves (do not let it boil).
Add it to the mixture and blend again to fully incorporate.
4️⃣ Assembly:
Pour the mixture over the chilled cookie base.
5️⃣ Refrigeration:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake is firm.
6️⃣ Decoration (optional):
Decorate with Oreo pieces on top for a more attractive finish.
