Melt the Chocolate
Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Add the Flavor
Stir in the peppermint extract and a small pinch of salt. Mix well so the mint flavor is evenly distributed.
Mix the Ingredients
Add the miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir gently until everything is well coated.
Form the Clusters
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the sheet to form clusters.
Add the Toppings
Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top of each cluster while the chocolate is still soft.
Chill
Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30–45 minutes until the clusters become firm.
Serve
Once set, remove from the parchment paper and enjoy.
