No-Bake Cheese Bread – Super Easy

Ingredients:
(For 10-12 pieces)

  • 1 cup tapioca starch (120 g)

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, or a mix) (60 g)

  • 1/4 cup milk (60 ml)

  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter (30 ml)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • Oil for frying (optional, if you prefer to fry instead of cooking in a pan)
