Mediterranean Olive Oil Dip

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar (if using), parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir well and let the dip rest for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  4. Serve with warm crusty bread for dipping.
