Prepare the coating
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, citrus zest, and sea salt until smooth. -
Fold in blueberries
Gently stir blueberries until fully coated. -
Form clusters
Spoon small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray (about 2 tbsp each). -
Freeze
Freeze for 1½–2 hours, or until firm. -
Chocolate drizzle
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. Drizzle or dip frozen clusters. -
Final set
Sprinkle toppings (if using) and freeze again for 15–20 minutes. -
Serve
Enjoy straight from the freezer or let sit 2 minutes for a softer bite.
