How to Make It

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix beef, onion, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, and egg.

Divide into 4–6 patties.

Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center of each, roll up, and tuck in the sides. Set in a baking dish.

In another bowl, mix soup, water, soy sauce, and ketchup.

Pour the sauce over the roll-ups.

Bake 40–45 minutes until cooked through and bubbly.
Tips

Use turkey stuffing or cornbread stuffing for a flavor twist

Serve with mashed potatoes to soak up the gravy
