Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on half of the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
3. Add broccoli to the other half of the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley.
6. Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets. Simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Serve the salmon with roasted potatoes, broccoli, and a generous drizzle of the lemon butter sauce.
