For the salmon:

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
For the sides:
– 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
