Lemon–Honey Jalapeño Jam

 

This sweet-heat jam is bright, zesty, and perfectly balanced — amazing on toast, cheese boards, or as a glaze for chicken and fish.

Ingredients:

• 6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 cup fresh lemon juice
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 1 cup honey
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 packet (1.75 oz) powdered fruit pectin
• ½ cup water
• Pinch of salt
