Lemon and turmeric tea. Improves brain function.

Preparation:

  • One tablespoon of turmeric
  • Slice the lemon into thin rounds and place it in a pot with water and the turmeric.
  • Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Strain and serve with a sweetener.

Drink it freshly made after meals. Do not consume it for more than 3 consecutive days.
