Milk cookies were once sold for just a few kopecks in school and university cafeterias. They were very popular, and many still remember them fondly today.
Ingredients:

350 g all-purpose flour

80 ml milk

80 g butter or margarine

180 g sugar

1 egg

½ tsp baking soda (quenched with vinegar)

1 tsp baking powder

1 packet of vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
