In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish or loaf pan.

Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread on top of the meatloaf.

Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 45β55 minutes until fully cooked. Let rest for 5β10 minutes before slicing.
