🍹 How to prepare it
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers
- 250 ml of water
- Lemon juice (optional)
- Honey or sweetener (optional)
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil
- Add the hibiscus and let it steep for 5–10 minutes
- Strain
- Add lemon to taste
👉 Great both hot and cold!
💡 Tips
- Avoid if you have very low blood pressure
- Don’t overdo it (1–2 cups per day are enough)
- Perfect as a refreshing summer drink
