Healthy Carrot Roll with Yogurt Cream (No wheat flour or refined sugar)

📝 Ingredients for the sponge cake:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 50 ml milk

  • 100 ml plain yogurt

  • 125 g almond flour

  • 125 g oat flour

  • 2 tbsp allulose or stevia

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • 250 g grated carrot


🧁 For the frosting:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Stevia to taste

  • Chopped walnuts (for decoration)
