Healthy Carrot Roll with Yogurt Cream (No wheat flour or refined sugar)

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the sponge cake ingredients until you get a smooth batter.

  2. Pour into a rectangular baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 15–20 minutes.

  3. Once baked, remove from the tray and let cool.

  4. Spread the yogurt frosting evenly over the cake.

  5. Carefully roll it up, then decorate with more cream, grated carrot, and chopped walnuts.
