Grandma’s Bread (1 kg Flour Recipe) — My Family’s Favorite

Ingredients

  • 500 ml warm water

  • 250 ml milk (room temperature)

  • 10 g dry yeast (or 30 g fresh yeast)

  • 40 ml oil (sunflower or mild olive oil)

  • 1 kg all-purpose wheat flour

  • 1½ tsp salt (8 g)

For brushing

  • 1 heaping tbsp plain yogurt (25 g)

  • 10 ml oil
