Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix together the cream, milk, potato bake mix, and garlic, leaving out the cheese for now.

Grease a baking dish and pour in half of the mixture.

Roll the dough into golf-ball-sized pieces and arrange them in the dish. Let the dough rise.

Pour the remaining mixture over the dough balls.

Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
