Directions:

Beat the eggs together with the sugar.

Then add the milk, oil, flour, and baking powder. Mix well.

Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

Peel the apples, cut them into slices, and arrange them on top of the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40–45 minutes.
