Ingredients

For the sponge:

  • 6 eggs

  • 120 g sugar

  • 120 g flour

For the filling:

  • Whipped cream or sweetened quark

  • Fruit of your choice – e.g. mandarins

Also:

  • Powdered sugar

  • Chocolate or glaze for decoration
