Instructions:
1. In a hot pan, add a couple tablespoons of oil and sauté the sliced sausage and onion until golden and slightly crispy. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. (You can skip this step if you’re in a hurry!)
2. Add the baby potatoes to your crockpot, then pour in the sausage and onion mixture.
3. Season everything with garlic & herb seasoning, then place the stick of garlic herb butter right on top.
4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
5. Add the fresh green beans, then top with a few more tablespoons of garlic herb butter. Cook for another hour on HIGH.
