Custard Biscuit Pudding

 

Ingredients:

The Custard:

– 1 litre milk + 1/2 cup custard powder.

– 1/2 cup caster sugar.

– 50 g butter + 2 tsp vanilla.

The Layers:

– 250 g Malt-O-Milk biscuits.

– 1 cup desiccated coconut.

– Whipped cream (for topping).
