Cleansing Green Detox Soup

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.

  3. Add celery, zucchini, broccoli, and apple. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

  4. Pour in vegetable broth or water.

  5. Add ginger, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  6. Simmer for 12–15 minutes until veggies are tender.

  7. Add spinach and kale. Cook for 2 more minutes.

  8. Blend the soup until smooth using a blender or hand blender.

  9. Add lemon juice, stir, and serve warm.
