Ingredients

→ Dough mixture

 240 ml cottage cheese
 2 large eggs
 120 ml almond flour
 1 small apple, finely chopped
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
 Pinch of salt
