Preparation
- In a large bowl mix together shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, cucumbers, corn, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes remove from the fridge, stir again, and serve. It’s great to serve in cucumber boats, on top of a bed of lettuce, or in toasted buttered rolls.
