Ingredients
For the Edible Cookie Dough
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup heat-treated flour
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the Brownie Layer
1 pan of baked brownies (boxed or homemade), cooled
Tip: Slightly underbaked brownies work best because they’re softer and easier to mold.
For Dipping
2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
Optional: extra mini chocolate chips or sprinkles for topping
