1οΈβ£ Prepare the mushroom filling
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion.
Fry in a pan until the liquid evaporates. Let cool.
2οΈβ£ Make the filling
Add to the ground chicken:

egg

salt and pepper
-
paprika
-
minced garlic
Mix well. Add the sautΓ©ed mushrooms and grated cheese.
3οΈβ£ Form the rolls
Slice the chicken fillet lengthwise and pound it thin (through plastic wrap).
Place 1β2 tbsp of filling on the edge of each piece.
Roll it up into a small ΡΡΠ» (finger-shaped roll).
4οΈβ£ Frying
Fry the rolls in a pan with oil until lightly golden on all sides (about 3β4 minutes).
5οΈβ£ Sour cream sauce
Mix sour cream, water (or broth), flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
6οΈβ£ Baking / simmering
Place the rolls in a baking dish or pan.
Pour the sour cream sauce over them.
Bake at 180Β°C for 30β35 minutes
or simmer covered on low heat for 25 minutes.
