Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas
In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, and ranch dressing until well combined.
Heat a large skillet over medium. Brush with butter or oil.
Place a tortilla in the skillet. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly over half the tortilla. Fold the other half over to cover.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice into wedges, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
