Cheesy Enchilada Chili Recipe

Instructions:

Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Season the Beef:

Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the seasoning is fully absorbed.
Add the Base Ingredients:

Stir in the jar of Tostitos Salsa Con Queso, potato soup, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn. Mix until well combined.
Simmer the Chili:

Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally to meld the flavors.
Optional Extra Cheese:

For an even cheesier chili, stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese until melted and incorporated
