👩‍🍳 Steps

1️⃣Make dough – Mix warm milk, yeast, and a little sugar. Add flour, remaining sugar, salt, egg, and butter.

2️⃣Knead – Knead 8–10 mins until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour (double size).

3️⃣Shape & fill – Divide dough, flatten, spread butter + sugar, add cheese, roll into logs.

4️⃣Coat & bake – Roll in breadcrumbs + sugar. Bake at 180°C for 15–18 mins until golden.
