Cadbury Mini Egg White Chocolate Fudge

Instructions:



1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers and Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.


2. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Stir in the McCormick Vanilla Extract.


3. Fold in half of the chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.


4. Pour into an 8×8 parchment-lined pan, press the remaining eggs on top, and chill for 2 hours before slicing.
