Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Cream the butter until smooth, crush the cookies and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Spread the cookie on a previously floured mold and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Blend the condensed milk, cream, cheese, egg and flour until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture over the cookie base and spread the cajeta. Bake for 35 minutes until the surface begins to brown. Remove, cool and decorate with more cajeta.
