Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Ingredients

For the Filling:

· 8 oz (226g) full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
· 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
· 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
· 1 large egg yolk (save the white for optional glazing)
· 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
· 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
· Zest of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)

For the Assembly:

· 1 (8-count) tube crescent roll dough
· All-purpose flour, for dusting

For the Topping & Glaze:

· 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
· 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
· 1-2 teaspoons milk or lemon juice
· Additional blueberries for garnish (optional)
