Black Forest Hunter’s Sauce with 250 g Mushrooms in 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 120 g bacon (Black Forest bacon)

  • 250 g mushrooms (champignons)

  • 2 level tablespoons of ketchup or tomato paste

  • 1 level tablespoon of flour

  • 2 splashes of dry white wine

  • 1 splash of oil or a bit of butter

  • 1 medium to large onion

  • 250 ml whipping cream or heavy cream

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of beef stock or gravy

  • 2 pinches of salt and pepper
