Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the cake ingredients.

Mix cake ingredients together.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
Step 4
Blend all ingredients for icing together.
Step 5
Ice cake when it cools and, if using, top with toasted coconut.
