Beet, Feta & Walnut Salad

 

Ingredients (for 2 to 4 people):

  • 2 large cooked beets (or 3 small ones), peeled and thinly sliced

  • 60 g feta cheese, cut into small cubes

  • 40 g walnut halves

  • A few mint or parsley leaves for garnish

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

🥄 Utensils:

  • A flat serving plate

  • A sharp knife

  • A small bowl for the dressing
