BANANA CREAM CHEESECAKE

Instructions

1. Prepare the crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix breadcrumbs + sugar + melted butter.
Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, let cool.

2. Prepare the filling
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the sugar.
Incorporate sour cream + mashed bananas.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Finish with the flour and vanilla.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture.

3. Baking
Pour over the cooled crust.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the center is set.
Turn off the oven and let cool with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

4. Cooling & Serving
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Garnish: whipped cream, bananas, powdered sugar, caramel… 🍌✨
