Baked Potatoes with Garlic and Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g new potatoes (with skin on)

  • 50 g butter (melted)

  • 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • A handful of fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt (to taste)

  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

  • Optional: a pinch of chili flakes (for a bit of heat)
