Baked Pork Loin Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:

  • 800 g pork loin slices

  • 200 g cheese (such as provolone, mozzarella, or Swiss cheese)

  • 200 g breadcrumbs

  • 20 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
