Baked Cheese and Broccoli Balls

Servings: 12-15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped (steamed & drained)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of mozzarella & parmesan)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (divided: ½ cup for mixture, ½ cup for coating)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
