Ingredients:
•1 package Kielbasa or smoked sausage (I use Ekrich Sausage), cut into chunks
•1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
•1 small onion, diced
•2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
•½ cup sour cream
•½ cup milk
•1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•Minced garlic, onion powder, to taste (optional)
•Additional ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
