Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 240 g of cake flour or muffin flour
    (If you don’t use self-rising flour, add baking powder for pastries.)

  • 3 eggs

  • 125 g of lemon yogurt

  • 60 g of sunflower oil or mild olive oil

  • 125 g of sugar

  • A pinch of salt
