Soft Lemon Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 container plain yogurt (125 g / about ½ cup)

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 containers sugar (use the yogurt cup as your measure)

  • 3 containers flour

  • ½ container vegetable oil

  • 1 packet baking powder (about 11 g / 2½ tsp)

  • Grated zest of 1 lemon

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • A pinch of salt

  • A little butter or oil for greasing the pan
